Come down to the shelter to find your new friend.  The new animal shelter is located at 829 S. Depot Street, just north of Parsons Tire.

 

NEW NODAWAY HUMANE SOCIETY SHELTER FEES

Dog Adoption:  $80.  This adoption fee includes the spay/neuter cost, vaccination, worming, Rabies shot, a microchip implant, an adoption booklet, and a training DVD.

Cat Adoption:  $70.  This adoption fee includes the spay/neuter cost, vaccination, worming, Rabies shot, a microchip implant, and an adoption booklet.

Other:

Microchip Your Animal . . . . . . . . .  $20.00 per animal

Owner Release. . . . . . . . . . From Nodaway County:  $15.00 per animal

Owner Release . . . . . . . . . Outside Nodaway County:  $25.00 per animal

Owner Claims . . . . . . . . . . There is a $15.00 per animal handling fee for owner claims, plus a $10 per animal boarding fee for each day the animal is at the shelter.
